HAON claims HOPP was only worth 200,000, despite paying 700,000 for it. They're having a nasty dispute about this, since HAON doesn't have the money to pay the full 700 (they paid 500 so far).

Wherefore, Defendants demand Judgment against Plaintiffs:
(a) for a dismissal of the complaint, and
(b) for a judgment on the counterclaim in the sums of $79,500 for undisclosed liabilities,
$102,560 for undelivered assets, $25,000 actual damages for trespass, $300,000 for the improper price of the sale of businesses, assets, and select liabilities sold by plaintiffs
to defendants totaling $507,060 on the counterclaim, and
(c) for the costs, interests, disbursements and attorney's fees in this action, and
(d) for punitive damages on account of plaintiffs' wrongful trespass and raid on
defendants'
Connecticut headquarters, and
(e) for such other further relief as to the Court seems just and proper
